Cheap stay and the location was strategic. Near the water front and handicraft centre. Would be even easier if you rented a car. The bed was slightly soft to my liking but it was fine. Cleanliness was okay. The only downside was we were given a toothbrush, one small bottle of shampoo and bath gel for two people. you can request for iron at the receptionist and they'll send it to your room. Parking was ample

Overall service is good and quality up to par, although some suggestions for washroom improvement: 1) stubborn dirt hidden at the corner and cracks might have risk of domestic infestation especially with humid and wet environment - might require better disinfectant and cleaning reagents to deal with those, regular maintenance and surveillance may require to reduce lesser effort in dealing major issues (both construction and health) in the future 2) it'd be awesome if a manual water bidet hose is installed instead of the one's installed inside the toilet bowl, it may be difficult to control the pressure... and also considering the hygiene part some people may find it inconvenient... that'd cause pain for real, physically. 🤣 Keep up the good work. Would definitely come back again. 👍🏻

My recent stay at this hotel left me with mixed feelings. Reception Experience: The receptionist who checked us in wasn’t very hospitable. There was no warm welcome or even a smile, which made the check-in process feel impersonal and uninviting. First impressions are so important, and unfortunately, this fell short. Rooms: The rooms were quite worn out and clearly in need of some updating. The furniture and decor seemed outdated, and it didn’t feel as comfortable or fresh as one would hope. Service: On a positive note, the housekeeping team did an excellent job. They kept the room clean and were attentive to our needs. The maintenance staff was also very prompt and efficient when we needed assistance. Overall, while the service from the housekeeping and maintenance teams was commendable, the lack of hospitality at the front desk and the condition of the rooms detracted from the experience. A bit more focus on improving guest interactions and room renovations could make a big difference.
